Ibrahim Arpaci is a distinguished professor internationally recognized for his substantial contributions to the field of Information Systems. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Information Systems from Middle East Technical University (#269 in QS World University Rankings). Between 2012 and 2013, he served as a visiting researcher at the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management, Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada. From 2023 to 2025. Since 2024, he has been serving as a Visiting Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Korea University (#61 in QS Rankings), Seoul, South Korea. His research interests include information systems, educational technology, cybersecurity, and cyberpsychology. He has authored over one hundred publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and books. From 2020 to 2025, Stanford University consistently ranked him among the top 2% of the world’s most influential scientists.
