Res. Asst. PhD TOLGA SEZDİ

Tolga Sezdi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Public Finance from Marmara University. He began his master’s studies at the same university and later continued them at Bursa Uludağ University. As of 2024, he worked at the University of Innsbruck in Austria as part of the Secondos program to complete part of his research and graduated with a Ph.D. in 2025.

Sezdi began his academic career in 2017 as a Research Assistant at Istanbul Gedik University and has been serving as a Research Assistant in the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bursa Uludağ University since 2018.

His research areas include finance theory, privatization, material deprivation, and public economics.

He has presented papers at national and international conferences and participated in various projects.

Additionally, he serves as a layout editor, copy editor, and assistant editor for various journals on the DergiPark platform.

Tolga Sezdi, who is fluent in English and has basic German, continues his academic research and literary work.

Sezdi started his academic career as a Research Assistant at Istanbul Gedik University in 2017 and has been working as a Research Assistant at Bursa Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance since 2018.

His research interests include fiscal theory, privatization, deprivation and public economics.

Tolga Sezdi, who speaks advanced English and beginner German, continues his academic studies and literary production.
