Biography
Murtaza Cicioğlu received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical‐Electronic and Computer Engineering from Düzce University, Turkey in 2020. He has been a member of the Computer Engineering Department of Bursa Uludağ University. His research interests include computer networks, machine learning, software defined networking (SDN), AI-enabled wireless communications, wireless body area networks, O-RAN, 5G, and Riverbed Modeler (OPNET) simulation software. He has authored numerous international publications focusing on healthcare, communication, and 5G technologies. Beyond his academic work, he is also an active speaker on contemporary subjects like artificial intelligence.
