Biography

As the explorer of my own life, I am constantly learning, discovering, and sharing. From business to academia, from scientific research to entrepreneurship, and from extreme sports to traveling, I take great joy in developing myself across diverse fields.

After graduating from DEU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, I began my career in finance at Halkbank, which allowed me to understand the dynamics of the business world. Yet, my passion for learning led me into academia. My academic journey started as a lecturer at Faruk Saraç Design Vocational School and later gained a new dimension with my education at Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. I graduated with high honors and pursued a PhD focusing on neurophysiology. My doctoral research on auditory perception in awake dogs gained an international dimension during my time at ELTE’s Neuroethology of Communication Lab in Budapest, where I joined an ERC project.

This path was enriched with scholarships and programs such as the YÖK 100/2000 Brain and Neuroscience Scholarship, TÜBİTAK supports (1001, 2214/A), and Erasmus opportunities, which strengthened my identity as a researcher. To integrate a business perspective into my academic background, I also completed an MBA at BUU.

Today, under the umbrella of KUTLAB – Digital Physiology Laboratory, which I founded, I conduct interdisciplinary research while also leading entrepreneurial projects that aim to transform scientific knowledge into innovative products.

Beyond academia and entrepreneurship, my passions make life active and colorful: with a certification in “Motorcycle Safety and Advanced Riding Techniques,” I provide training on motorcycle safety; I actively practice paragliding, swimming, and volleyball; and I have explored 25 countries to experience diverse cultures. Geek culture, cinema, anime, and manga are among my personal passions. At home, I share a calm yet productive life with my two cats.

I see every opportunity life offers as a stepping stone for learning, discovery, and sharing. At the intersection of academia, entrepreneurship, and personal passions, my goal is to create broader impact and shape the future through new collaborations and projects.
