Özet:
In this study, 100 mg/kg dose of benzene which is used
commonly in industry and known as a toxic and carcinogenic agent was
administered to the Swiss albino Rat Rattus ttovegigus rats by intraperitonally
injection and have been investigated on adenosine deaminase activity in the
liver and kidney of rats after 0, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 hours later. While
Benzene formed significant inhibitions at the level of 0.05 probablity in the
activity of liver Adenosine Deaminase after 16 and 32 hours, it did not formed
any important activity or inhibition in the rest of time. It was not seen any
variation in the activity of Adenosine Deaminase in Kidneys. On the other hand
it was observed that the Adenosine Deaminase activity showed similar patterns
