Özet:
In this study, the effects of dichlorvos and dinitrocresol which are the common using pesticides in agriculture of our country, on hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase enzymes in liver tissue were investigated. 2.8 mg.kg–1 of dinitrocresol and 4 mg.kg–1 of dichlorvos dose were applied to rats by using intraperitoneally injection. Also, serum physiologic was injected to control group. Enzyme activities were investigated in liver tissue of rats which killed by cervical dislocation on 0, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 hours after the application.
Results of this study showed that, dichlorvos increases and dinitrocresol generally decreases both enzyme activities in both sexes. Comparing the activity differences of experimental groups with control group, more activity differences call attention in the dichlorvos applied group than the dinitrocresol group.
In conclusion study results expose that, both pesticides effects hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase activities in liver tissue.
