Forty-nine specimens of the leaf-toed gecko Asaccus elisae (Werner, 1895) collected in Sanliurfa Province, Turkey, were examined for helminth parasites. One species of Digenea, Plagiorchis molini, one species of Cestoda, Diplopylidium noelleri (larvae), six species of Nematoda, adults of Atractis dactyluris, Spauligodon azerbajdzanicus, Spauligodon tarentolae, Spauligodon eremiasi, Spauligodon sp., larvae assigned to Acuariidae gen. sp. and one species of Acanthocephala, Centrorhynchus aluconis, were found. Asaccus elisae represents a new host record for each of the parasite species. Atractis dactyluris, Diplopylidium noelleri, Plagiorchis molini, Spauligodon azerbajdzanicus, S. tarentolae, S. eremiasi, Spauligodon sp., acuariid larvae and Centrorhynchus aluconis are reported from Turkey for the first time.
