Özet

This paper presents design and fabrication of graphene micro-Hall elements along with driving and processing electronics to construct a highly sensitive graphene magnetometer system. Micro-Hall devices were fabricated by implementing microfabrication techniques and a relevant driving and processing circuitry was designed and made on a printed circuit board (PCB) for correcting the output of the device for a dynamic range. The circuitry was characterized for its ability of offset removal and sensitivity improvements. The potential of graphene magnetometers for detection capability of low fields is shown with a current related sensitivity of 2505 V/AT and magnetic field resolution of 200 nT/root Hz being demonstrated.
