Abstract

Rheumatological Dermatology is concerned with inflammatory and/or autoimmune infectious diseases that affect the skin primarily or secondarily, the most important of which are vasculitides and connective tissue diseases. In both groups of diseases, histopathological diagnosis and immunofluorescence studies play an important role in both diagnosis and follow-up. In this section, pathological and immunofluorescence findings that should be taken into consideration when diagnosing these diseases will be briefly explained.

Romatolojik Dermatoloji, deriyi primer ya da sekonder olarak tutan inflamatuar ve/veya otoimmün nedenli hastalıklarla ilgili olup, bunların başında vaskülitler ve bağ doku hastalıkları yer almaktadır. Her iki hastalık grubunda da gerek tanı gerekse takip açısından histopatolojik tanı ve İmmünfloresan incelemenin önemli bir yeri vardır. Bu bölümde bu hastalıklarda tanı koyarken dikkat edilmesi gereken patolojik ve immünfloresan bulgular kısaca anlatılacaktır.
