Özet

In this study, it has been investigated 119 night frog (58 ♂ ♂, 61 ♀ ♀) Bufo viridis Laurenti, 1768 collected from Bursa and Büyükdöllük Marsh place in Edirne between March 1993 and June 1995. During this study Polystoma viridis, Proteocephalus sp., Nematotaenia dispar (Included Plathelminthes), Rhabdias bufonis, Oswaldocruzia filiformis, Cosmocerca commutata, Cosmocercoides sp., Neoxsyomatium brevicautadum (Included Nemathelminthes), Acanthocephalus ranae (Included Acanthocephala) were found. This is the first study concerning the helminth fauna on the Bufo viridis distributed in Turkey. Also all the parasitic species found on the Bufo viridis have been recorded for the first time.
