Özet

The microemulsion formulations of terpenoids, orange and neem oils produced by Nanomik company result in high mortality and deter egg laying in Tetranychus urticae (Koch) (Acari: Tetranychidae). This innovative formulation enhances botanical acaricide persistence. Despite biological control agents show promise for T. urticae control in IPM, the compatibility of these acaricides with the effective predatory mite Amblyseius swirskii Athias-Henriot (Acari: Phytoseiidae) remains unstudied. To examine the relative fitness of these formulations on A. swirskii, its life table parameters were observed under controlled conditions.
