Abstract

Bilateral multiple pulmonary arterial aneurysms are rare presentations of pulmonary involvement in Behcet's disease (BD), affecting particularly young men. BD has also been well documented as a risk factor for cerebral venous thrombosis, which may present as superior sagittal sinus thrombosis. We present a male patient presenting with both pulmonary arterial aneurysms and superior sagittal sinus thrombosis. This patient is presented since coexistence of sagittal sinus thrombosis and multiple pulmonary arterial aneurysms in BD is rarely observed.
