Özet

The growth rate of laser technology, expands the application areas of laser machines. This machines are using for shaping metal and non-metal plates, this paper concern about their piercing, cutting problems and solutions. During the metal forming process changing gas pressure, lack of good quality material, cutting head focus changing, material warming can be occur chronically. Due to these problems not only welding but also cutting quality deterioration occurs and it cause large losses in terms of time and cost. This paper described the working principle of the system is meant to solve these problems and demonstrated applications performed on different types of materials. Basically, system observes piercing and cutting process continuously through sensors and send information to the embedded processor. Owing to this signals and special algorithms, processor can control to CNC machine and process.
