Methotrexate is one of the most effective therapies for rheumatoid arthritis. Pancytopenia due to low-dose methotrexate therapy is a rare side effect. In this study, we present two rheumatoid arthritis cases with pancytopenia due to methotrexate therapy. We aim to identify the possible risk factors for pancytopenia due to low-dose methotrexate therapy and compare our two cases with the other cases with pancytopenia reported in the literature.
