Current research addresses the importance of recognising and addressing bullying in preschools. Two kinds of data were collected using qualitative data collection methods. First, pre-service teachers attended a seminar on bullying at a research university. Second, they conducted participant observations in three preschool classrooms to detect bullying problems. Based on the results, the researcher also made suggestions for the education of pre-service teachers and the improvement of safety in preschools.
