Introduction: Metanephric adenoma is a renal tumor that is rare and behaves usually in a benign fashion. Bladder paraganglioma which we reported simultaneously in the same patient is a rare tumor. Less than %0.5 of all bladder tumors is paraganglioma and it is also considered to be benign and it is required long term follow up. Materials and Methods: Only symptom of 32 years old woman patient is macroscopic hematuria. Radiological evaluation (ultrasonography and computerized tomography) of this patient revealed renal and bladder masses. Left radical nephrectomy and transurethral resection of the bladder tumor were performed. These masses were determined as renal metanephric adenoma and bladder paraganglioma by histopathological examinations. Conclusion: To our knowledge, it is the first case of these two rare solid tumors in a same patient simultaneously. We think that coexistence of the tumors is incidental.
