In 15-20% of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) cases, no lesion can be detected (non-aneurysmal SAH, NA-SAH). Although hydrocephalus requiring external ventricular drainage (EVD)/shunt placement due to aneurysmal SAH is common; the frequency of hydrocephalus after NA-SAH is not clear. Here, we investigated our series with hydrocephalus following NA-SAH.
