Özet

Linum. hirsutum L. subsp. platyphyllum (P.H. Davis) Yilmaz & Kaynak stat. nov. is proposed in the Linaceae. The taxon is a local endemic in northwest Anatolia. There are now five subspecies of L. hirsutum in Turkey.
