A 50-year-old female was admitted with abdominal distention. Her serum CA125 level was elevated. Ultrasonography and computerized tomography showed adnexal tumoral masses with intraperitoneal metastases but no hepatic parenchymal involvement. She was operated oil and histopathological and immunohistochemistry findings indicated ovarian hepatoid tumor. We present this case of ovarian hepatoid tumor and discuss the two-year disease progression from diagnosis to death.
