Abnormal dietary management or possible migration of underlining umbilical infections to the bladder mucosa may result in the urolithiasis in food animals. (Fubini and Ducharme, 2004; Radostits, et al., 2000). In cases of urinary tract obstruction, many operative techniques have been advised (Howard and Smith, 1999). In this report trigonosigmoidostomy operation technique has been adopted in a calf with calculi vesico-urethralis and urachus abscess.
