Abstract

The improvement of car driving and traveling comfort is requested according to development of automobile manufacturing technology. In generally, problems relating to cars noise and vibration fall into two way; exterior noise and road traffic vibration, and interior noise and vibration. Road traffic noise and vibration are one of the most serious problems in spite of various measures taken to date. Automobile noise and vibrations control are getting better day by day in the world and especially Turkey. Both of them are important determinants of automobile quality. As a result there has been a fall of roughly 10-15 dB(A) in passenger car interior noise over the last twenty years, with floor vibration reduced by roughly 0,3 m/s(2) over the last several years. In this study, it has been measured/calculated and simulated noise and vibration levels of passenger car with experimental method and designed programme. According to these data analyses calculated for interval values by some test method then simulated.
