Abstract

This research explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the educational processes at Hisar Schools, a leading educational institution in Turkey. By examining the strategic implementation of AI, this research highlights how AI enhances personalized learning, supports differentiated instruction, and streamlines administrative tasks. The study also delves into the role of school leadership in fostering a culture of innovation and the impact of AI on students, educators, administrators, and the broader community. Through a single case study methodology, the research provides detailed insights into the proactive approaches and policies that make Hisar Schools a pioneer in AI integration in education.
