Abstract

In this research, the degree of relationship with Holstein cattle and inbreeding coefficient estimate was carried out to demonstrate the importance of protect the mating program. For this purpose, a member of Cattle Breeders Association of Bursa 219 cattle with pedigree records were used in the enterprise. Degrees of relationship among animals and inbreeding coefficients used in the calculation Relax2 program. The number of inbred animals are 38. The mean and standard error of inbreeding coefficient, 1.91%+/- 0.25 was found. Artificial insemination of females in the herd bulls with the relationship between the total 3937 was 28.78%'s (1133 pairs) of 12.5% and on the degree of relationship, and the average was 30.99%.
