Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine alternative dispute resolution processes and tlıeir fundamental principles as well as its applicability in educational settings. First of ali, the concept of conflict was explained. Second, the limitations of traditionalconflict resolution processes were analyzed. Finally, discussing alternative dispute resolution processes, the paper concluded with inıplicalions for educational settings and recommendations.
