Abstract

Purpose - The results obtained from previous studies are not found to be sufficient for hydrostatic bearing design optimisation since thermodynamic effects are not considered. Therefore, this research is presented with considering parameter variations based on thermodynamic effects for more efficient optimisation of bearing parameters.
