Fifty-four Levantine vipers, Macrovipera lebetinus (Linnaeus, 1758) (27 ♀♀, 16 ♂♂, and 11 juveniles) collected from 14 provinces of Türkiye between April 2007 and May 2020 were examined helminthologically. This is the first helminthological study on M. lebetinus collected in Türkiye. Two species of Cestoda (Mesocestoides sp., Ophiotaenia europea), 5 species of Nematoda (Abbreviata sp., Ophidascaris excavata, Paracapillaria (Ophidiocapillaria) sp., Pharyngodon sp., Strongyloides sp.), and 2 species of Acanthocephala (Sphaerirostris corvi and unidentified cystacanths) were found. These species are considered to be common species of snakes. Paracapillaria (Ophidiocapillaria) sp. represents a record for M. lebetinus. Abbreviata sp., Mesocestoides sp., Ophidascaris excavata, Paracapillaria sp., Pharyngodon sp., Strongyloides sp., and Sphaerirostsris corvi represent new records for snakes of Türkiye.
