The survey was carried out in 2013. The high ecological culture of the respondents and their attitude for future economic activity registered by the survey represent a potential possibility and competitive advantage for successful application of the new budget and reference frame of Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2014-2020. The results from the survey show that among the farm owners in South-East vinegrowing region exists sustainable connection between the natural resources and the agricultural activity. This is very important for preserving the ecological balance, which is the main requirement for the farm owners to produce healthy and qualified food.
