Özet

Türklerin tarih sahnesine çıkmasıyla başlayan kendi müzik kültürü, yüzyıllar boyunca günümüze kadar üç farklı türe dönüşerek Türkiye Cumhuriyeti müzik kültürünü oluşturmaktadır. Bunlardan ilki, tarih boyunca çeşitli ülkelere göç ederek yerleşik hayatın getirdiği farklı kültürler etkileşimi ile harmanlanan halk müziğidir. İkincisi, Türklerin İslamiyet’i kabul etmesi ve akabinde Anadolu’ya yerleşmesiyle bu coğrafyanın müzik kültürünü kapsayan makamsal müziktir. Üçüncüsü ise, halk müziği ve makamsal müzikten aldığı ses dizisi, melodi ve ritmik öğeleri kullanarak veya esinlenerek, çok sesli tonal Evrensel müzik biçimine uyumlu ulusal Türk Müziği olan “Çağdaş Türk Müziği’dir. Bu çalışmada, Türk Halkoyunları ve müzik kültürünün önemli bir parçası olan Horon müziğinin, Çağdaş Türk Bestecileri tarafından Çağdaş Türk Müziği formunda çeşitli örneklerle derlenmesine ve bestelenmesine değinilmektedir.

Turkish musical culture that started with the emergence of Turks on the stage of history constitutes the musical culture of the Republic of Turkey transfering into three different species for centuries. The first of these is the folk music, which is blended with the interaction of different cultures brought by the settled life through migration to various countries throughout history. The second is the chromatic music which covers the music culture of this geography with the acceptance of Islam by Turks and then settling in Anatolia. The third is The Contemporary Turkish Music, a national Turkish music that is compatible with the universal music style and uses the melody and rhythmic elements of folk music or being inspired by that. In this study, Turkish folk music and music culture, which is an important part of the Horon music, Contemporary Turkish composers in the form of contemporary Turkish music compiled and composed with various examples are addressed.
