Özet

The aim of this study, which was conducted in widespread vineyards of Salihli and Sarigol districts of Manisa province in 2018. was to determine attitude and behaviors of pesticide dealers and their plant protect ion related issues. A survey was carried out with 57 pesticide dealers belonging to these districts. Of all pesticide dealers. 57.9% stated that they had difficulty in discriminating between the deficiency and disease symptoms of the plant nutrients while 42.1% of them stated that they benefited from the Internet to get information about the pesticides. it is noted that the most crucial problems of the 89.5% of pesticide dealers were varying discount rates and credit periods of the firms in selling crop protection products. Dealers were found to mostly sell fungicides (72.1%). It was determined that the most significant sales were against powdery mildew (21.6%) and downy mildew (20.4%) diseases in vineyards. Also. 98.2% of the pesticide dealers recommended pesticides according to the label (loses. In addition, 89.5% of pesticide dealers stated that the producers paid attention to the recommended pesticide (lose. As a result of the study, the findings were evaluated and suggestions were made.
