ANKARA AVRUPA CALISMALARI DERGISI-ANKARA REVIEW OF EUROPEAN STUDIES, cilt.18, sa.2, ss.535-556, 2019 (ESCI)
The subject of this study is whether bio-sociological theory, used to explain the basis of public international law, is functional in explaining the structure, duties and powers of European Union (EU) law. In this sense, the study includes theoretical information, evaluations and analyzes. Although the EU has its own legal structure, it is inevitable that it will be in contact with public international law. The study handles whether the EU law has similar characteristics with bio-sociological theory.
