The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between teachers’ individual innovativeness levels and lifelong learning tendencies. The sample of this study comprised 403 teachers working in public and private primary and secondary education institutions in Bursa in the 2022–2023 academic year. “Individual innova- tiveness level scale” and “lifelong learning tendency scale” were utilized to collect data in the study conducted employing the correlational survey model. Multiple regression analysis was implemented to discover whether the level of individual innovativeness has an effect on lifelong learning tendencies. According to the findings of the study, it was confirmed there was a significant and moderate positive relationship between teachers’ lifelong learning tendencies and individual innovativeness levels. Moreover, it was found out that teachers’ individual innovativeness levels significantly and positively affected their lifelong learning tendencies.
