Abstract

Environmental economics plays a key role in identifying options for efficient natural resource management that facilitate sustainable development. Thus, environmental issues has been a rather important topic and given priority in public agenda of both developed and developing worlds, in recent decades. A number of developing country, at the beginning stage of development have focused on industry at the expense of agriculture, in spite of agriculture was a main source sector of their economies.
