Özet

In this study, it was researched whether or not process of self-evaluation; with help of video recording, it's feedback to the prospective teachers, to improve their teaching skills. The subjects of this study are twenty-two prospective teachers chosen among the students in the final year of Primary Science Teaching Department. The study includes the video recordings of lessons given by our prospective teachers during their School Experience and Teaching Experience Curriculum prepared by Higher Education Council and following phases. Triangulation Design was chosen and data were collected by TEES, prepared by Higher Education Council, for twice, analyzed by Paired Sample T Test and supported with semi-structured interviews. At the end of the study, it was concluded that the method used plays an important role in educating more qualified teachers and in improving their teaching competencies.
