Özet

Quality management in higher education will be more important than ever in the coming years. Because of the realities of the new decade, quality management will guide almost all the living areas including the higher education. The basis of the new decade will be the knowledge produced in higher education. The higher education must be more effective in using the knowledge through different tools of management. Knowledge management and organizational learning will be the key factors in reconstruction of higher education through quality. Targets must be well determined, tools must be effectively used and the results must be achieved for understanding the new decade. The higher education must be reconstructed according to knowledge management and organizational learning. The effective usage of knowledge will be the basis of organizational learning which will lead to organizational development through quality. The lecturers must prepare themselves for knowledge management and organizational learning.
