Abstract

This research was carried out to reveal the direct and indirect effects of certain plant characteristics on the seed yields of several sesame genotypes. Sixteen genotypes were examined to determine correlation relationship and path coefficients in a Mustafakemalpasa location during 2015-2016. In the study, plant heigth, branch number, number of capsules per plant, number of seeds per capsule, 1000 grain weight, seed yield per plant and seed yield per hectare were investigated.
