Purpose To assess the vitreous and serum levels of neuron-specific enolase (NSE), S100B and malondi-aldehyde (MDA) in proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) cases and investigate the correlation between preoperative and postoperative anatomical and clinical features.
