Abstract

In this study, the soliton wave is modeled in the nonlinear transmission line at RF frequency. Nonlinear transmission line(NLTL) is designed for 100 MHz frequency value. In the simulation model used for design; analysis has been done to obtain the values and types of circuit elements.Circuit design has been made for the circuit elements obtained as a result of the analysis process. LTspice simulation program is used for circuit design. Matlab program is used to perform analysis operations.

Bu çalışmada, RF frekansında; doğrusal olmayan iletim hattında, soliton dalgası modellenmiştir.100 MHz frekans değeri için doğrusal olmayan iletim hattı tasarlanmıştır. Tasarım için kullanılan simülasyon modelinde; devre elemanlarının değerlerini ve türlerini elde edebilmek için analiz yapılmıştır. Analiz işlemi sonucunda elde edilen devre elemanları kullanılarak devre tasarımı yapılmıştır. Devre tasarımı için LTspice simülasyon programı kullanılmıştır.Analiz işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek için Matlab programı kullanılmıştır.
