Abstract

Background Many surgical methods have been used to repair sacral sores, including primary closure, skin grafting, local random, and muscle flaps. After the description of the gluteal perforator-based flap, the perforator-based fasciocutaneous flap became popular in lumbosacral tissue defect reconstruction.
