Abstract

Objective - Postural phenomena, cardiac arrhythmias and autonomic dysfunction are responsible for presyncope and syncope in patients with mitral valve prolapse (MVP). In this study, arrhythmia and vasovagal syncope incidence were investigated in children with MVR
