Özet
Scientists, environmentalists and economistshavebeen faced such problems, which are turned to a social and economic conflicts in times, as environmental pollution, scarceness with increasing of global population and fast consuming reserves of fosil fuel for many years. Regarding to this, the political and economical decision makers are encouraged for the search of clean and pollution free sources of energy.Within this scope nowadays, due to it'scleanlines, endlesness and freeness, the decision makers are giving a priority to the wind power energy. This study is aimed to estimate the wind power cost per kWh of electricity that produced by three types of wind electric conversion systems on 14 different locations in Marmara region at Turkey. Concordantly wind during curves are developed and utilized to estimate the cost per kWh of electricity that produced by three types of wind turbine. In addition to that, it is also examinedin that study that the total investment that is used for the installation of the wind turbine, can set off the cost to the investors in how many years. It is seen from the research findings on the study that, Bozcaada is the most advantages station for the South part of Marmara region, and on the other hand Kumkoy is the most advantages station for the North part of Marmara region. © Sila Science.
