The study employs advanced bibliometric techniques to analyze publication trends, citation networks, and keyword co-occurrence, offering insights into the thematic evolution and influential works in the field. Preliminary findings indicate key research clusters and influential authors, journals, and institutions contributing to the development of organizational culture scholarship. The study also highlights emerging trends and research gaps, offering a roadmap for future investigations. By systematically synthesizing the literature, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the organizational culture domain and provides valuable guidance for academics and practitioners. Its findings will enrich the existing literature and serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making in organizational development and management practices.
