Congenital lumbar hernias are uncommon. In this article, we present a child with congenital lumbar hernia and accompanying dysmorphic facial appearance, palatal cleft, hypoplasia of mandibula, unilateral torticollis, inguinal hernia, bilateral undescended testes, posterior ectopic anus, pes equinovalgus and limited abduction of the hips. According to our knowledge, this is the first case report of this combination of defects.
