Özet

Collection development is a term that refers to a broad process such as the selection of a library resource, the establishment of selection policy, the systematic evaluation of potential user needs and the current collection, budget analysis and resource sharing. This study includes a review of the book "Customer-Based Collection Development: An Overview" by Karl Bridges, which describes the Patron -Driven Acquisition (PDA) applications for e -books in different academic libraries in America.
