Abstract

In the frame of this study, the Mannich type reaction of primary aliphatic or aromatic amines with phenol and para-formaldehyde in the presence of pyrazinoic acid based transition metal complex as catalyst has provided a convenient multicomponent condensation method for efficient producing of 3,4-dihydro-2H-1,3-benzoxazines.
