In this study, the objective was to find at what rate Bursa province of Turkey, is affected by the climatic process called "climate change" and the impacts of climate change on the potential of renewable energy resources, especially solar energy and wind energy. As a result of analyzes, it is seen that there is significant warming between 1960 and 2017. Especially soil temperatures and solar radiation intensity support this result. As a result of this work, it was determined that the changes in climate parameters for the province of Bursa have significant effects on renewable energy potential. According to the results obtained, there has been an increase of 34.5% in the solar energy potential, of 8.2% in thermal solar energy potential and of 3.6%-6.7 in soil temperature potential depending on the depths. In the wind energy potential, there was a decrease of 75% between 1960-1998 and an increase of 217.1% between 1999-2017.
