The objective of this study is to determine the healthy lifestyle behaviours of first grade nursing students and examine the relationship between their healthy lifestyle behaviours, anthropometric measurements and cardiovascular functions. This study was planned in a prospective, descriptive and cross-sectional way. The study sample consisted of 100 students who accepted to participate in the study. Scale for Healthy Lifestyle Behaviours was used to determine students healthy lifestyle. Also, it was recorded the body weight, stature, waist circumference, hip circumference, wrist circumference and body mass index (BMI) of each student answering the question forms on the data collection form. As a result of this study, the first university nursing students were observed to have moderate levels of healthy lifestyle behaviours. A statistically significant relationship was determined between the waist circumference, wrist circumference measurements of students who participated in the study and body mass index and diastolic blood pressure averages, wrist circumference measurements and systolic blood pressure averages.
