Özet

Problem Statement: The participation of Turkey to European Union Education Programs was actualized at 2004. It was observed that the Comenius and Erasmus have much more participants than the other EU Education Programs. Comenius has a special position in terms of adaptation of educational systems to EU because of the money funds devoted to students, teachers in primary and secondary education. It is significantly observed that the applications at Comenius programs are rapidly increasing in Turkey. It was thought that to highlight the problems at preparation and implementation phase of the EU Education Program projects will help new participants overcome the difficulties.
