Abstract

In this study, the voltage-current characteristic of LED has been obtained according to some optical and thermal parameters at pulsed high currents. Because of more thermal power consumption has been occurred at pulsed high currents to measuring some thermal parameter of LED can be easier and more accurate at pulsed high currents. All parameters used in voltage-current relation are electrical parameters. In addition, the effect of instantaneous resistance-current variations of LED on voltage-current characteristic has been shown. (C) 2015 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
