Sosyal Güvenlik Hukuku Derneği (Türk Milli Komitesi) tarafından 1970’lerden
bu yana kesintisiz düzenlene gelen seminer bu yıl 17-18 Kasım tarihlerinde
Kadir Has Üniversitesi’nde gerçekleştirildi.
Yargıtay ve Bölge Adliye Mahkemelerinin İş ve Sosyal
Güvenlik Hukuku ile ilgili dairelerinin bir yıl önce verdiği kararların iki gün
boyunca dört oturum halinde incelenip; tartışılarak görüşlerin açıklandığı
toplantıya her yıl olduğu gibi Yüksek Yargının başkanları, üyeleri, yargıçlar,
akademisyenler ve avukatlar yoğun şekilde katılım gösterdi.
Geleneksel toplantıya Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi ‘nden tebliğ
sunmak üzere davet edilen ilk akademisyen olan Doç. Dr. K. Ahmet Sevimli, oturum
başkanlığını Prof. Dr. Savaş Taşkent’in yaptığı “İş İlişkisinin Sona Ermesi ve
Kıdem Tazminatı” oturumunun konuşmacısı idi.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. K. Ahmet Sevimli presented a paper at the Seminar on the Analysis of the Labour Law and Social Security Law Decisions of the Court of Cassation and Regional Courts of Appeal in 2022.
The seminar, which has been organised by the Association of Labour Law and Social Security Law (Turkish National Committee) without interruption since the 1970s, was held at Kadir Has University on 17-18 November this year.
As every year, the meeting, in which the decisions of the Supreme Court of Appeals and the Regional Courts of Appeal on Labour and Social Security Law were examined and discussed in four sessions for two days, was attended by the presidents and members of the Supreme Judiciary, judges, academicians and lawyers.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. K. Ahmet Sevimli, who was the first academician invited from Bursa Uludağ University to present a paper at the traditional meeting, was the speaker of the session "Termination of Employment Relationship and Severance Pay" chaired by Prof. Dr. Savaş Taşkent.
