The Spunbond process is a nonwoven manufacturing system involving the direct conversion of a polymer into continuous fi/aments, integrated with the conversion of the filaments into a random-laid, bonded nonwoven fabric. The most common/y accepted and current definition for the melt-blown process is, a one-step process in which high-velocity air blows a molten thermoplastic resin from an extruder die tip onto a conveyor or takeup screen to form a tine fibered se/f- bonding web. in this paper, differences between two methods will explain.
